Outdoor Adventures

Last weekend Ashley and I decided to take advantage of the nice weather for the holiday weekend and venture into Boulder and go on a hike. We decided to go up to Chautauqua Park in Boulder. We recently had some snow, but most of it had melted.

The park is at the west end of Boulder, and it offers some beautiful views of the city.

I feel like if we had gone up to this spot before the first snow, this photo would have been so awesome with all the changing colors of the leaves on trees.

On Saturday, Ashley and I went to the CU/Arizona football game. The game started at 12:30 and it was very windy all day. It was a cold wind too, blowing as fast as 85mph!

We had some good seats behind the end zone.

It's been a while since CU won a national championship.

After halftime, our seats were in the shade making it even colder. So we moved to the other end of the field to get in the sun.

A quick photo of us before we left the game because it was so windy.

We are headed to Michigan next week for Thanksgiving!
